Tasks and duties 

- Identify and develop business strategies and direct the various departments in implementing it.
- Identify potential clients and business and achieve the goals
- Ability to manage risk, including working with architects, construction contractors, construction design/engineering
and health and safety
- Exceptional skills in communication, motivation, and interpersonal relations, and able to convey a message that is
understandable and relevant, linking business issues, financial results and strategy
- Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve stated/agreed targets and standards for financial and trading
performance and achieving quality, culture & legislative adherence.
- Develop the entire organization as a strong team that would enable the achievement of Organizational goals and
objectives.
- Develop and sustain the organization’s culture, values and reputation.
- Maintain good relations with employees, partners, shareholders, regulatory bodies.
- Enlighten the shareholders/parent board on the organization’s growth plans and performance.
- Execute the responsibilities of Company Director according to lawful and ethical standards.
